Built for the floors you actually run

Made for real venues, not demo floors

A booth map is only useful if it survives the season — vendors moving, spaces renumbering, a second floor opening up, and an attendee trying to find one stall on a Saturday morning.

Multi-floor venues

Convention centers and multi-level halls are laid out as one venue with separate floors, not as several disconnected maps you have to keep in step by hand.

Assignments that do not break

Each space keeps a stable identifier behind the scenes, so moving a booth on the map or relabelling a row never orphans the vendor, booking or payment attached to it.

One layout, every event

Draw the venue once and attach it to every event you hold there. Change the floor plan for one event without disturbing the others.

Attendees can find a vendor

The map on your public event page is searchable. Someone looking for one particular stall types the name and the map takes them straight to it.

Big floors stay workable

Layouts running in production carry well over a hundred spaces alongside a hundred-plus fixtures — stages, entrances, restrooms and food courts — and still pan and zoom smoothly.

Wired to bookings and payments

A space on the map is the same space a vendor books, pays a deposit on and gets invoiced for. Selling a booth updates the map, and the map is what setup day runs on.

One thing the builder is not: it is an operational planning tool, not an architectural, fire-safety or occupancy plan. Layouts still need whatever approval your venue, fire marshal or local authority requires — we say so plainly in the Terms of Service rather than leaving it for you to discover.

Part of one platform

The map is not a separate tool

Spaces on the floor plan are the same spaces vendors apply for, pay for and show up to. Nothing is exported or re-entered.

Before you commit

Questions organizers ask

Can I use one venue layout for several events?

Yes — that is the point of building it once. Attach the same layout to every event you hold at that venue, and adjust it for a single event without changing the others.

What happens to vendor assignments if I move booths around?

Nothing breaks. Each space carries a stable identifier underneath, so repositioning a booth on the map or relabelling a row keeps the vendor, the booking and the payment attached to it.

Do we need CAD software or a floor plan file to start?

No. You draw the layout in the browser with drag-and-drop, using rectangles, rows and fixtures. If you have a reference floor plan you can work from it, but nothing needs importing.

Can attendees see the map, or is it internal only?

Both. The layout powers your internal assignments and a public map on the event page, where visitors can search for a vendor by name and be taken to their exact space.

Does the layout satisfy fire code or occupancy requirements?

No, and we do not claim it does. It is an operational planning tool. Fire-safety, occupancy, egress and accessibility approval remain with your venue and local authority — that is stated in the Terms of Service.

How large can a layout get?

Layouts in production already run to well over a hundred spaces plus a similar number of fixtures across multiple floors, and remain workable to pan, zoom and edit.
