Every event, from first draft
to final settlement.
Build the event, open applications, assign the booths, sell the tickets, run the day and settle up, without moving vendors, payments and attendee data between five different tools.
Six stages.
One system of record.
Each stage hands off to the next with the same vendors, spaces and payments underneath. Nothing gets re-keyed, and nothing lives in a spreadsheet only one person can open.
Build it privately
Create the event, the spaces and the pricing, then preview the real public page before anyone can find it. Publish when it is actually ready.
Open applications
Vendors apply through a guided form on your site. Requirements, categories and space types are yours to define.
Approve and assign
Work the queue, approve or waitlist, then place vendors on the booth map. Documents and deadlines attach to the vendor.
Sell tickets and add-ons
General admission or reserved seats, discount codes, sponsorships, premium placements and extras alongside booth fees.
Run the day
QR check-in for attendees, a searchable vendor map for the public, and announcements to the exact group that needs them.
Settle and review
Payouts split to vendors, refunds and balances resolved, and revenue and attendance reported per event.

Event management

The vendors you approve here are the same vendors who get paid, get a storefront and get counted in your reporting. These modules are already connected.

Can we run this on our own domain, with our branding?
Yes. Point your domain at Zinifly and the certificate is issued and renewed for you. Your logo, colors and content are what attendees and vendors see. There is no Zinifly branding on your public site.
Who actually holds the money from booth fees and ticket sales?
You do. Payments run through your own Stripe, Square or PayPal account, so funds settle to you directly. Zinifly does not sit in the middle of your settlement, and card data is handled by the processor rather than by us.
Can vendors book a whole season in one go, and can we take a deposit?
Both. Vendors can select every date they want from a single grid and check out once, and you can set a per-event deposit to hold the space with the balance collected on your own schedule.
What happens to our data if we stop using Zinifly?
You can export your vendors, events, bookings and orders at any time while you are a customer, and you keep a window after cancellation to take everything with you. That window is written into the Terms of Service rather than left to goodwill.
Can we control what our staff and volunteers can see?
Yes. Administrator access is role-based, sign-ins are recorded, and access can be removed for one person the day they leave without disturbing anyone else.
Do you handle multi-day festivals and weekly recurring markets?
Both, with day-specific settings on multi-day events so pricing, hours and space availability can differ per day, and recurring setups so a weekly market does not have to be rebuilt every week.
