How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Self-Service (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your account on our platform
  2. Navigate to Account Settings or Profile
  3. Click on Privacy & Data
  4. Select Delete My Account
  5. Confirm your request - your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

Option 2: Email Request

  1. Send an email to the address below
  2. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
  3. Provide the email address associated with your account
  4. We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation

Option 3: Remove via Facebook

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings
  2. Navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings
  3. Click on Apps and Websites
  4. Find our app and click Remove
  5. Check the box to delete all data posted by the app
